This blog has been in the making for a while. I often try to find Apple Computer hardware as well as Macintosh OS X help online, but am not always satisfied with what I come across. I have therefore decided to start documenting the issues I manage to solve. I used to work in the hardware and software support department of an authorized Apple Dealer, and have been a power user and consultant to countless customers since 1989.
