Look at this comic strip. Replace "Interplay" with "Atari" and "rights to Fallout" with "any of Atari's internal studios". With credit cut off, the France-based publisher is now looking to sell its five internal development studios: Reflections (Driv3r), Melbourne House (Transformers), Paradigm (Terminator 3), Shiny Studios (The Matrix), and Eden (V-Rally).
