Thirst and curiosity for Jose Rizal’s literary masterpieces will soon be sated anew with refreshing e-book doses of the “Noli Me Tangere” and “The Monkey and the Tortoise,” Vibal Publishing revealed to GMA News Online by email.

Batman R.I.P

Grant Morrison may be the most polarizing of comic book writers out there today. Depending on who you ask, he’s can be either revered as the savior of X-Men comics (with his early 00s New X-Men run), or demonized as the destroyer of quality X-Men comics. His stories are always deep, complex, psychedelic, and sometimes too smart for their own good. And that was before Grant admittedly totally changed the way he writes his comics’ narratives.

The Crow

I can’t help but think of the irony I found when I first read this graphic novel. I was experiencing the break up of a two year relationship with somebody I felt I loved very deeply at the time.

Inhumans

(via)
The Inhumans by Paul Jenkins and Jae Lee is an incredible work. Told in 12 chapters, the story takes a bit of time to unfold and new readers will need a while to familiarize themselves with all of the characters. But once these two areas are handled…get ready for a fun ride.

House of M

(via)
There was also the Age of Apocalypse miniseries, in which Apocalyspe, in an altered reality, controlled the world, and Magneto was the leader of the X-Men. However, in most alternate reality storylines, the ending seemed to undo everything. The characters remembered nothing of the other world when things went back to normal. Such is not the case in House of M.

Avengers: Nights of Wundagore

(via)
It’s great to read old stories that are just as fresh as ones written today. This Avengers book will not dissapoint fans, especially since the story arc is so important to the future of the Avengers.
