Many users are avoiding bug-reporting, due to it's often very technical approach, using long, technical terms and a huge input form. "BUGS" offers an easy-to-use and understand wizard when reporting bugs. "BUGS" offers a step by step "wizard", with pre-determined choices, where users easily can see where they are, what they are doing, and how long it will take to enter the bug report.
