Directions métiers et Maitrises d'Ouvrage (MOA), principaux demandeurs de réactivité, ont aujourd'hui entre les mains de nouvelles opportunités comme lancer la construction d'un logiciel sans avoir à spécifier dès le début l'intégralité des fonctionnalités, pouvoir réorienter en cours de projet ou encore réduire les délais de livraison en parallélisant spécification et développement.
Oui mais...
Comment spécifier au fil de l'eau ? Que devient la phase de recette ? Quelle documentation mettre en place ? Doit-on encore gérer le changement (à la fin) ?
Une chose est sûre, les activités traditionnelles des Maitrises d'Ouvrage sont en train d'évoluer...

The URI microformat takes advantage of OpenURL and existing link resolver solution.It defines a convention of plugging URI metadata in HTML page. If it is adopted and widely used,now a microformat-aware application (be a greasemonkey script, or a web service) can grab the identifier and point to your local OpenURL resolver, you immediately get the copy from local library.It is very similar to COINS, but it's much simpler and cleaner, anyone can understand and use it, and its aplication can be beyond traditional research library. e.g. in a public library, you can use amazon as catalog and immediately check if it's available in local collection.------- COinS provides a great number of additional capabilities that URI microformat can't support. Since COinS can't be dismissed for this reason, it doesn't make sense to me to create yet another standard that does the same thing with so little savings.I will grant that the COinS is less intuitive.....

Electre n’est pas un “mauvais site” (he’s not the bad guy). Mais les fonctionnalités présentes, tout autant que les fonctionnalités absentes, induisent de la part de ses utilisateurs un certain comportement pour l’exploiter au mieux. Il ne se prête absolument pas à des détournements intelligents (tels que décrits ici, notamment) Autrement dit, c’est un bon outil, mais il n’entre pas dans la logique web à laquelle nous nous habituons un peu plus chaque jour. Je parlerai une prochaine fois des trucs intéressants (paramétrages, personnalisation surtout) dans Electre.

C’est Electre qui remporte la première manche sur le Sudoc, en fournissant un lien que j’ai mis un temps fou à repérer. Electre permet sur chaque notice détaillée de générer un lien lançant une requête dans votre Opac, sur le critère ISBN. En cliquant dans la colonne de gauche sur la clé à molette, puis sur Abonnement, vous avez au bas de la rubrique une zone texte à remplir intitulée : Lien Opac. Il faut renseigner ce lien en indiquant la manière dont il faut interroger votre Opac sur le critère ISBN.
