Jede Lektion beginnt mit einer Zusammenfassung der wichtigsten Buchinhalte zum jeweiligen Thema als kurze Wiederholung und Auffrischung. Im zweiten Teil der Lektion finden Sie eine Erweiterung mit noch nicht im Buch enthaltenen, zusätzlichen Tipps und Tricks sowie vertiefenden Themen. Als dritten Teil enthält jede Lektion Videosequenzen, die Ihnen die Anwendung des Gelernten direkt in Outlook zeigen.
