Il devrait y avoir 6 OAV de 30mins de ce projet qui à la base était une campagne de pub pour les Nissin Cup Noodle à laquelle a pris part Katsuhiro Otomo. A conflict developed pitting Duke and Cardenas against the Grahams. They arbitrated their dispute, as specified by the company's operating agreement. Reference by the President, Islamic Republic of Pakistan under Article 209 of the Constitution
Respectfully sheweth:
The facts and circumstances necessitating this Reference by the president of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (”Pakistan”) under Article 209 of the Constitution, briefly stated, are as under:
I. The Prime Minister of Pakistan on receipt of information, from several sources, with respect to the conduct of Mr. Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, the Chief Justice of Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as, �the learned judge�) was pleased to advise the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to “direct” the Supreme Judicial Council of Pakistan, in exercise of its powers under Article 209 of the Constitution, to inquire into the matter and report to the President whether the learned judge has been guilty of misconduct and further, whether he should be removed from office?

The Chief Justice of India designate Justice K G Balakrishnan has denied any confrontation between the judiciary and the Parliament.
"There is no serious confrontation between the judiciary and the Parliament. Some disputes come to the court and people think there is a dispute. It is not a serious problem either for the judiciary or the parliament," he said.
Justice Balakrishnan, the senior-most judge of the Supreme Court, will be the first-ever Dalit to occupy the coveted post.
Jersey same-sex ruling may energize conservatives

Republican prospects in November's elections are decidedly brighter today as result of the ruling by the New Jersey Supreme Court on same-sex marriage.
The court ruled that same sex partners must be granted the same rights and benefits afforded opposite-sex couples under New Jersey's civil marriage statues, but deferred to the state legislature the decision on whether the same sex arrangement should be called marriage. So the court essentially said that same sex partnership walks like a duck, looks like a duck and should be granted all the rights and benefits of a duck, but concluded it didn't have the authority to call it a duck.
