wtf?major record label EMI (in the process of being acquired by Universal Music to make it the largest record label by far) is suing the Irish government because it feels the Irish government is taking too long to pass a SOPA-like law that would require ISPs to censor the internet and block access to sites it doesn't like.

One final approach that I find very interesting was mentioned by Jan Algermissen a while ago: If your format is based on an existing one, e.g. HTML or XML, your server can actually send the same content with different MIME types, depending on the client’s capabilities. A client that only included application/json in its Accept header would then get the content labeled application/json, while one that includes the specific MIME type application/vnd.whatever would get the same content with this label applied.

JLabel est un plugin JQuery qui vous permet de pré-remplir vos inputs avec style via le texte de vos balises labels.
Attention: ce plugin ne pré-rempli pas à proprement parlé vos champs textes, c'est juste un effet qui fait apparaitre vos labels sur vos champs, et non une valeur (value) attribuée par défaut. Si vous validez le formulaire sans rentrer du texte, le champ sera vide !
Exemple avec JLabel
Avec ce plugin, vos labels apparaissent directement dans les champs auquels ils sont associés. Lorsque l'internaute clique sur un champ, le label s'efface progressivement pour lui permettre d'entrer du texte.
Grâce à ce plugin, on comprend directement à quoi correspondent les inputs et quelles informations on doit entrer. En somme, cela propose une expérience utilisateur accrue.

jQuery radioSwitch est un plugin créé par Ammon Casey dont l’objectif est de transformer des boutonsradio HTML en superbes Sliders d’un coup de magie CSS3 et Javascript. Il suffit d’envelopper les boutons radio avec un container sur lequel s’effectuera l’appel de la fonction. Chaque bouton radio doit posséder un label avec l’attribut for pointant vers l’identifiant du bouton correspondant.

1996. Nick Gold, directeur du label World Circuit et le guitariste Ry Cooder ont pour projet de se faire rencontrer musiciens maliens et musiciens cubains sous le nom d’Afrocubism. Des problèmes de visas font échouer l’initiative et seuls les musiciens cubains poursuivent l’aventure : c’est la naissance de Buena Vista Social Club. Il faudra attendre 2010 pour que l’idée initiale voit enfin le jour avec notamment Eliades Ochoa,Toumani Diabaté et Bassekou Kouyaté.
