Apple hit by boycott call over worker abuses in China | Technology | The Observer
Earlier this month Apple took the unusual step of releasing a list of all the firms in its worldwide supply chain as part of its 2011 audit of human rights conditions at factories where it has partnerships. However, the company's own list made for grim reading. It revealed that a staggering 62% of the 229 facilities that it was involved with were not in compliance with Apple's 60-hour maximum working week policy. Almost a third had problem with hazardous waste.Cook insisted in his email that Apple did not turn a blind eye to conditions in its supplier network. But he did warn that the firm was likely to discover more problems. "We will continue to dig deeper, and we will undoubtedly find more issues," he said.

Cambodia Tuk-Tuk Drivers Hit a Bump | News | Khmer-English
While demand is sinking, costs for tuk-tuk drivers continue. Sambath has recently invested in a new tuk-tuk and motor, that cost him close to $2,000. Drivers are also required to pay the government $5 annually to renew their operating licences.According to Sambath, living expenses in Siem Reap have risen, especially in the areas of housing and food, making it more difficult for the working class to make ends meet. He said more than a third of drivers' salaries go to room rentals, as most of them come from villages in search of better job opportunities in Siem Reap.

Apple, HP and Dell among companies responsible for 'electronic sweatshops', claims report
"Left to themselves, multinational companies and Chinese manufacturers will continue to pursue business and labour practices that ultimately abuse Chinese workers," the report said, noting that the entire industry is unregulated and that Apple only pays £3.99 to manufacture a £600 iPhone, leaving factories little option but to make profits by exploiting workers.

The evidence continues to mount that the Japanese hate the iPhone.

On using h1 for all heading levels in HTML5 | 456 Berea Street
In the meantime my advice is to use HTML5 sectioning content elements when they are appropriate, but continue to use h1 - h6 for headings. That way you can safely use the new elements.
