<description>Après quelques marques comme starbuck qui ont expérimenté la conversation avec ses clients, retour d’expérience, proposition d’amélioration etc… Feedback 2.0 est une solution Saas (Software as a service) qui permet de donner la parole à ses clients mais piloté par l’entreprise qui “garde d’une certaine manière le contrôle”, évidemment ç’est un peu la base line de l’entrprise feedback 2.0 qui répond à la principale inquiétude des entreprises particulièrement frileuses aujourd’hui pour à adopter cette démarche pourtant nécessaire aujourd’hui dans de nombreux cas.</description>
